Long Clawson blue stilton is an award winning cheese made in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir by master cheesemakers. Each cheese is ready at around eight weeks old and is crumbly and creamy with a bold and expressive flavour. Long Clawson only use milk from local farmers ensuring low food miles. Long Clawson’s stilton cheese is the UK Supreme Champion at the Global Cheese awards.
